Tools, knowledge, and support to help you succeed

The Slimworks® program is offered on an individual basis or in small groups. An initial assessment is required for both individual and groups sessions. Groups are open to men and women (groups are not mixed).

Individual sessions: 50 minutes

Group sessions: 1½-2 hours once a week /12 weeks

Advanced Groups

Advanced groups provide further support for those who have previously participated in Slimworks® individual sessions and/or beginner group sessions. These groups help you take a deeper look at the obstacles to eating mindfully, not emotionally. They focus specifically on issues such as personal resistance to change, self-esteem, body image, interpersonal relationships, mindfulness techniques and stress management. Our experience has proven that group support is a powerful vehicle for change.
